Shipping is free for commissioned, original, and printed artwork within the US! We ship commissioned and original artwork with insurance via FedEx, Express, DHL, or UPS, and requires a signiture upon delivery. Shipping tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your package.
Art Prints are shipped USPS unless otherwise specified.

Return Policy
Your confidence is important to us! We want you to be completely satisfied! We also want to uphold the reputation of the artist and Drawing Memories. In the event that you are not COMPLETELY satisfied, we offer a refund on returned artwork and artprints. However, we ask that you give the Artist the opportunity to remedy any situation you may be dissatisfied with.

TO REQUEST A REFUND, simply send an email to refund@drawingmemories.com . Please be sure to include your name, email address, and the reason for the return. Please put “Return Order” in the subject line of the email. Then ship the artwork or print back to us. Once we receive the artwork we will send the refund by either crediting your credit card or by check.

• Clients who purchase the Artist's "originals for sale" or art prints will receive a refund less the shipping charges. Refund must be requested within 14 days after delivery. After 14 days, there will be no refund on art prints and artist's originals
  
  
• Clients who commission artwork will be refunded their payment amount less shipping charges and less a 15% cancellation fee of the order value. For order values of less than $150.00 your cancellation fee will be a flat rate of $25.00. The cancellation fee is for transaction fees and upfront Artist fees. Depending on the reason for the return, we may honor a full 100% refund with no cancellation fees.
  
  
• You have up to 14 days after receiving the artwork to request a refund. After 14 days of receiving the artwork there will be no refund.
  
  
• In the event of a return, you will be responsible for return shipping expenses. Altered or damaged pieces will not be accepted.
  
  
  
  Cancellation Policy

  • If the artist has not yet begun your artwork, we will refund your payment less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
